Refund Policy

At Everon Buy, customer satisfaction is our priority. If your product arrives defective or you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund according to the conditions below.

Time Frames

• Dissatisfaction with the product: up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

• Manufacturing defect: up to 30 calendar days from receipt.

For visible damage (such as broken parts, missing components, or scratches), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photos or a video showing the product and packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered due to misuse.

Return Conditions
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and components. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified (for example, removing links from a bracelet).

Once the product is received and approved through quality inspection, the customer may choose to:

• Exchange it for another product in stock, or

• Receive a refund for the product value.

Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.

Warranty
All products include a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.
To activate the warranty, send clear photos or a short video (up to one minute) showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Cosmetic damage after purchase (broken screens, scratches, dents).

• Damage caused by liquids or moisture.

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

• Improper accessory use.

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, oxidation, battery reduction, loss of shine, etc.).

• Resistance tests not recommended (impacts, water exposure, excessive pressure).

Everon Buy does not provide technical repair services or have authorized maintenance centers.
